Hey there Chris!
After chatting to you on Facebook, I would just like to ask you a quick question on nutrition for physique goals. Granted, this is to give me a few new ideas, but it is also to help others that want to shed some extra layers and get those hidden muscles out of hibernation! lol.
I wonder if you throw a few ideas at me please chick? I’m massively into my fitness, as you know, (MMA, CrossFit etc), and my nutrition is clean as hell! I fuel my body 6-7 times a day with good quality protein and essential fats, with loads of green leafy veg and salad stuff (as per CrossFit ‘Paleolithic’ nutrition). I also drink lots of water, especially considering that I’m serving in Iraq, as you know, however I just can’t seem to get my muscles looking sharp and cut.
I’ve got a little under 5 and a half weeks left until I reach the end of my rotation out here. I would really love to go home on leave with a cut physique reflective of my efforts, not only for myself, but also my lady!
Any pointers gorgeous, because your body looks like someone’s been etching some awesome detail in there! lol. If you have any questions you need to know, just ask. Really appreciate this Chris.x
